Booking Policy

Gleaux Lab Booking Policy

Thank you for choosing Gleaux Lab for your luxury lash experience. My goal is to provide you with exceptional service in a comfortable and relaxing environment. Please take a moment to review these policies to ensure a smooth appointment experience.

Deposit Policy

A non-refundable $25 deposit is required to secure your appointment.

  • Your deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.

  • The remaining balance is due at your appointment and can be paid by Cash, or Zelle.

  • No deposit = no appointment confirmation.

Late Policy

Please plan to arrive on time to respect both your time and the next client’s.

  • A 10-minute grace period is provided.

  • Arrivals after 10 minutes will incur a $10 late fee added to your service.

  • Arrivals after 20 minutes may result in appointment cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Life happens — I completely understand. If you need to cancel:

  • Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to your next appointment.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the service cost (excluding deposit).

  • No-call, no-shows will result in a ban from future bookings.

Rescheduling Policy

If you are feeling unwell or cannot make your appointment:

  • Reschedule 24 hours in advance to apply your deposit to your new appointment.

  • If you do not contact me in time, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

Guest Policy

To ensure a calm and professional environment, no guests, pets or children are allowed at your appointment.

Lash Prep Policy

Please arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and no lash strip glue to ensure proper retention.

Lash Refill Policy

  • Refills are recommended every 2–3 weeks for best retention.

  • You must have at least 40% of your lashes remaining to qualify for a refill.

  • If less than 40% remain, a full set price will be charged.

  • Foreign fills: Clients with work from another lash tech are welcome. A $25 foreign fill fee will be added to your service due to the extra time and care required to blend and style your lashes.
